General Information for 2012-2013
Space is limited for the Park City School District Pre-School Program for the 2012-2013 school year.
Registration packets are available at the Park City District Office and on this page below. Completed forms should be dropped off at the district office, located at 2700 Kearns Blvd. Proof of residency, immunization records and birth certificate will be required. There will be a $35 non refundable fee required at the time of registration. Students must be 3 or 4 by September 2, 2012 to participate in this program.
