Park City STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts and Math) Education
STEM education is getting a lot of press. Park City has outstanding programs in science and mathematics and is actively developing opportunities for K-12 students in engineering and technology. Along with the STEM activities, the district includes art education as art and design are important interpretations of mathematical concepts.
PCSD students have opportunities both within the school day and after school to engage in a wide range of STEM activities. Schools offer programs such robotics, Lego League, Olympiad of the Mind, Online Math League. Every school is involved in the District Science Fair. Park City High School has recognized AP programs in math and Science.

Volunteer to be a judge at one of the Park City School District's Science Fairs!
The District Science Fair Committee is combining efforts to recruit qualified judges for all of the Fairs. The goal is to have judges with a scientific background (educational or professional) impartially contributing to the Fairs. To maintain the integrity of the judging, we would like to have parents volunteer to judge at a school other than their child’s.
Please use the following link to sign-up to judge for a specific Fair. Once you are signed-up, each school will contact you to explain the training process. We greatly appreciate your time and talent. Most important, the students will benefit from your support of their science education. Help them to learn that science is fun!
