Human Resources
Park City School District’s mission is to inspire and support all students equitably to achieve their academic and social potential. To do that well, we need a diverse and inclusive workforce that is committed to innovate together to impact learning to inspire potential in every student.
People make the difference in the work we do. The PCSD workforce is made up of more than 700 employees. When we include perspectives from backgrounds that vary by race, ethnicity, social background, religion, gender, gender identity, age, disability, sexual orientation, veteran status, and national origin, our learning community thrives – students, employees, parents, families, alumni, community members, educational partners – together we achieve educational excellence.
Recognized as one of the country’s premiere districts, PCSD is home to four elementary schools (preschool to grade 5); one middle school (grades 6-7); one junior high (grades 8-9); and one high school (grades 10-12). The district also offers a non-profit child care center at the high school for children ages six weeks to pre-K.
