Hygiene Protocols to Help Prevent Illness

The return of staff and students to school this fall has been enabled by many different hygiene protocols that have been put into practice.

Please remind your children that wearing a face mask keeps one another safe and healthy in times of Covid. Please wear a mask on the bus and in class! #maskupUtah

Highest Level of Sportsmanship Award

Each year, the Utah High School Activities Association sponsors (UHSAA) Raise the Bar: Sportsmanship Matters, a program that encourages schools to promote and exhibit great sportsmanship on and off the field. Over the ten years of this program’s existence, the UHSAA has joined forces with the Utah Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (UIAAA) to focus on new ways of improving sportsmanship, including the Dare2Lead Student Leadership Conference and the policy to “Do Rowdy Right” – Cheer for Your Team and NOT Against Your Opponent.

At the conclusion of each year, schools submit an application, which is reviewed by their Sportsmanship Committee. If the school meets the criteria, a star is earned to place on the sportsmanship banner hanging in the school. Park City High School is proud to have reached the highest level of achievement and has received a gold star. We congratulate and thank each student, coach and parent who has gone above and beyond to show excellent sportsmanship. Together the UHSAA hopes to continue to TEAM-Up to Teach, Enforce, Award and Model good sportsmanship in our schools, communities and across the state.
