The Park City Board of Education will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at the Park City School District Office to receive public comment on the Final FY22 and Preliminary FY23 budgets.
After the public hearing, the Board will consider the adoption of the final budget for fiscal year FY22, and the preliminary budget for fiscal year FY23. A copy of the proposed budget may be viewed at the District Office and at https://www.pcschools.us/budget
Summer Meal Service Program
Park City School District is participating in the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) food service program during the summer of 2022. Meals will be provided to all children free of charge who are enrolled in the district’s Summer School Program. Meal service is restricted to this population in order to ensure a safe school environment for the students and staff. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service.
Free meals to children will be provided at the sites and times as follows:
Treasure Mountain Junior High School – Breakfast 8:30AM-9:00AM, Lunch 11:30AM-12:50PM
June 13, 2022 – July 21, 2022, Monday –Thursday, No meal service July 4, 2022

Federal Waivers for Free School Lunch to All Students to End with School Year
Parents May Check Beginning July 1 for Free, Reduced-price Lunch Eligibility
Federal waivers granting access to free school lunch for students enrolled at schools participating in the National School Lunch Program since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 will end at the end of this school year.
Families will be able apply for free or reduced-price school lunch with their local participating school as soon as of July 1. Families may be eligible if they meet the federal income eligibility guidelines or participate in one of the following programs:
Additionally, students who are considered homeless, migrant, runaway, a foster child, or who are enrolled in Head Start or other eligible pre-kindergarten programs, may also be eligible for free and reduced-price lunch and should check on eligibility with their local participating school.
Students who do not meet these guidelines will once again be required to pay for school lunch once the waivers end. Lunch prices will be set by the individual school districts and charter schools that participate in the National School Lunch Program. Families should check with their participating school for 2022-23 prices.
