Park City School District Preschool Instructional Continuity Plan

2020-21 Registration

Park City School District’s Preschool will host registration for the 2020-21 school year on the following dates:

February 10, 2020 – 8:00am – 12:00pm – At the Park City School District Office (2700 Kearns Blvd.)

February 10 – 3:00pm – 4:30pm – At McPolin Elementary (2270 Kearns Blvd.)

Our program is space limited and is filled on a first come, first served basis.

The following information is required to secure a spot for your student:

  1. Completed Student Registration Form.
  2. Student’s Birth Certificate.
  3. Student’s Immunization Record (your student will not be able to attend unless they are current on all required immunizations or have an Immunization Waiver on file with the district.)
  4. 2 forms of approved Proof of Residency.
  5. $35 non-refundable registration fee (Cash or Check only).

*Once a spot in our program has been secured for your student, you will be given information to complete registration via info snap.

**Please provide all information/documentation-incomplete packets will not be accepted.

Registro 2020-21

La pre-escolar de Park City llevará acabo la inscripción para el año escolar 2020-2021. Los inscripciónes seran:

10 de Febrero 8:00 am – 12:00 pm en las oficinas del distrito (2700 Kearns Blvd.)

10 de Febrero 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm en McPolin (2270 Kearns Blvd.)

Nuestro programa tiene espacio limitado y se completa por orden de llegada. Se requiere la siguiente información para asegurar un lugar para su estudiante:

  1. Formulario de registro de estudiante completado.
  2. Certificado de nacimiento del estudiante.
  3. Registro de vacunas del estudiante (su estudiante no podrá asistir a menos que esté al día con todas las vacunas requeridas o tenga una Exención de inmunización en el archivo del distrito).
  4. 2 formas de prueba de residencia aprobada.
  5. Tarifa de registro no reembolsable de $ 35: (solo efectivo o cheque).

* Una vez que se haya asegurado un lugar en nuestro programa para su estudiante, se le dará información para completar el registro a través de Info Snap.

The following Preschool programs will be offered in the Park City School District:

Preschool Valentine Party 20193-year-old program: Tuition Cost is $135.00 per month. (Tuition may be reduced if you qualify for a fee reduction. Please contact Dena at 435-645-5600 ext 1443 for more information)

  • Monday and Wednesday 8:15am – 11:15am
  • Tuesday and Thursday 8:15am – 11:15am
  • Parley’s Park will not have a 3 year old program for the 2019-2020 school years, those students may attend the 3 year old program at McPolin

4-year-old program: ½ day program tuition is $250.00 per month. Full Day tuition is $475.00 per month. (Tuition may be reduced if you qualify for a fee reduction. Please contact Dena at 435-645-5600 ext 1443 for more information)

  • Monday through Thursday 12:05 pm – 3:05 pm (Jeremy Ranch)
  • Full-day program Monday through Thursday 8:15 am – 3:05 pm (McPolin, Jeremy Ranch, Parley’s Park and Trailside Elementary Schools)

Program space is limited and is filled on a first come first serve basis. Students must live in the Park City School District Boundary to enroll.

Students must be 3 or 4 years old on or befo­re September 1.
