School Enrollment for the 2023-24 School Year
CONTINUING PCHS STUDENTS AND RISING TMJH STUDENTS: On March 1st, the district will begin sending out "snapcode" emails to currently enrolled families instructing them to update their student’s enrollment information for the 2023-2024 school year. For more information, see the district’s Current Student Enrollment Update page. PCHS back-to-school information will be posted on the PCHS Back to School Fall 2023 page by August 1st.
- Proof of Residency: Proof of Residency documentation will ONLY be required for current students whose address has changed or will be changing for next school year. The Park City School District reserves the right to verify residency at any time if the Park City School District has reason to believe that a student’s residency status has changed. This includes, but is not limited to, requiring additional proof of residency or conducting an unscheduled home visit.
- Not Returning? Enter the online enrollment system using your snapcode to declare that your student will NOT be enrolled at PCHS for the 2023-2024 school year. When prompted, please tell us the name and location of your student’s new school.
- Need Help? If you need help with PCHS snapcodes, logging into the enrollment system, you forgot your username or password, or you have proof of residency questions, please email the PCHS Registrar, Jennifer. Include your student’s full name, date of birth, your name, and your relationship to the student.
NEW STUDENTS: If you need to enroll a NEW student (new to the Park City School District, or a former student re-enrolling after having withdrawn from a district school), go to the New Student Enrollment page for information.
NOTE: Students rising from TMJH into 10th grade are continuing their enrollment, they are not new students.
